SISTERS DAY OUT

As of every week-end its our day outing....but last week-end we could not do it as my youngest sis was not well so we had to forgo our outing last wee-end ....so today we chose the Empire Shopping Mall...like the place and also the various food outlets.

After shopping for the week's groceries we had our lunch at CHILLI'S.......Fajitas......chilli {more tastier than the one at Wendys} Fish and chips and the Mexican chips with salsa dip......marvelous!!!
Shopping for handbags  and shoes at Charles and Keith........thats it for this week-end.... these outings are just to let out the week's stress....some days we just window shop without  without buying anything and  when something cought or fancy well......we just go for it......fun and at the same time enjoyable spending our times together.........so till then bye

Birthdays......sad and happy!!!!

24th February......a day of remembrance.....and rejoice... In the past years since two years ago...this day was of significance to our family....this date was and is the birthdays of two of  our beloved members of the family.....My beloved niece is all 21 years of age today.....and now shes thousands of miles away i Cardiff...Wales..persuing  her studies.....now she holds the key to adult life with pride.....a sweet young lady of 21!!! use it wisely love...and uphold it high with integrity.......miss you for the first time celebrating your birthday thousands of miles away from your loved ones...may your day be one of joy...May Allah bless u  and guide you always.

This day and date was to be the 51st birthday of my late brother-in-law if hes still around but sadly he passed away two years ago at the age of 49......We used to have a double birthday celebration ....a small one.....but always a joyous gathering where both uncle and niece will blow candles from the same cake
with laughter around....... a kind soul always with hands  for people who needed his help.....full of jokes and his infectious laughs......will always be remembered.....now whats left are just vivid memories  that will only bring tears to us all.......But one thing for certain  He will always be in all our hearts.....the family that he left.............Sadness or happiness thats all part and parcel of life that we have to accept..... like it or not.....life has to go on..........So folks  till then byeee!!

A blessed Friday..........

Another Friday......nothing much ....but things goes on as usual...me and my routine day at home....before that my quick look at the day's news....what you read are news that always makes one feel what the world are coming to..... aggressions everywhere....you read about demonstrations that claims lives...after Cairo where thousands of our students were brought back....now its in the gulf kingdom...in  Yemen......in Nicosia....you read demonstarions that claims lives over demands that their leaders to step down.......I must say that we are blessed to live in our country BELOVED MALAYSIA.....though a little scene here and there ...we are living in a peaceful country......where bloodsheds are a very rare thing.....INshaAllah and Alhamdullillah.

A few days back we were shocked to read about the untimely death of two young girls  4 and 1...being poisoned by their own mother ...tosave them from the crueality of the world....the mother herself was lucky to be alived after trying to kill herself by cutting her wrist....and now she is being treated before being sent for psychic treatment..... no sane mother would do such thing....but in this case the mother is indeed insane with history of deprressions way before her marriage.....My goodness!!!

As Muslims we although we have this kind of problems but we have Allah to turn to in our time of needs....our prayers to guide us...and always to the Almighty we should turn to.
Today as always .... meals for the family.... I prepared ayam percik.....some vegies and thats that.........looking forward to the week-end..

As we celebrate the birth of our beloved Prophet Muhammad SAW.... we had a family get together lunch....as it coincide with my brother's birthday  it was  quite a celebration .....my family together with my two brothers's families...........wonderful  and we had such fun!!!!!

DEssert: : Red velvet cake ......and snow capped muffins.

No end to it..........

They say " A mother's job is never done"....how true...from the first moment you open the eyes in the morning ...the first thing  that comes to mind ...the housework.....what to cook....etc etc....it'll end for the day when you close your eyes to sleep in the night.....the next day will be the same again......it goes on

Maybe its a different thing with people who have maids or helps.....all u have to do are just to give instructions beforehand and its all done for you....wether to your perfections or not ...its a different story.... but to maidless household like mine [ I like it this way]....its up to my own  good planning wether its going to be a hectic an chaotic day or a good smooth going day with time to relax......

Some days I must admit things just don't turned out the way it should...... but Alhamdullillah those days are  seldom  its always good days.....and I can still cope.
Another  matter that always arises for full time housekeeping like me is .... what to cook ....the meal for the day......can go blank for ideas....... and its days like these that I go for just one course meal......as it is today.....no idea... so it just end up........homecook nasi lemak with ayam goreng and rendang campur from the freezer......Voila !!

I would like to share some of the fun pics at Universal Studio........Singapore !!!!!........  anyone who would like to spent fun-filled time with the family  look no further than this place......its exactly the same as the one in Orlando in the United States with the crowd even bigger here!!!!

Came back from Singapore  on an early morning flight this morning........four funfilled days in Singapore!!!

A full day was spent at the famed Universal Studio.... A whole day ..... tired feet but  it was spent blissfully.....with the boys and my wonderful  and friendly Singapore sisters. The whole four days filled nothing but outings and eating at home  and dining  out......... goodness I must admit my kilos has really gone up after the four days but truly In Singapore it was on your feet all the way.... taking the mrt....buses...lrt....unlike at home where whereever and whenever its by your  own drive all the time...Love it... fun ...fun ..fun....thank u girls for the wonderful stay.

Back home again it was as usual  the same routine again...........tired... so it was just nasi ayam on the table to-day........so till then byeee

WEEK END ESCAPADE........

Will be taking tonight's flight to Singapore  with my two boys and their friend Tasha.........for the  cny long week-end....initially we had planned to take the train with tickets well paid for in advance due to the peak Chinese New Year travel demands......but due to the  bad weather and floodings  in JOhor KTMB  had cancelled  their run to the south... and no telling that the same thing might happen again... we  were lucky to secure seats.  with Air Asia  .......thus the flight for tonight.

Will be back on Sunday...InshaAllah....... till then byeeeee
